Christian Science is not merely another denomination of Christianity. Christian Science is the explanation and application of the teachings of Jesus the Christ. Christ is the Truth, for as Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” (John 14:6). In other words, Jesus embodied and fully manifested the Truth, God. Science can be briefly defined as the knowledge or understanding of the Truth. Therefore Christian Science is the universally available understanding of the Christ, Truth, and like any science its rules are available and applicable to one and all.
Our Church Service Times:
Sunday Services are held from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
Sunday School is held from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
Wednesday Evening Services are held from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

Due to the complex nature of copyright law, our services and meetings are not available online. If you’re unable to join us in person, online services from The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, are available live and via replay:

Learn about our Services
Mary Baker Eddy, a devoted follower of Christ Jesus is the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science and author of its textbook Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. In this book she wrote: “Jesus of Nazareth was the most scientific man that ever trod the globe. He plunged beneath the material surface of things, and found the spiritual cause.” (S&H 313:23-26). Concerning her quest to discover what Jesus, the world’s greatest Scientist knew and practiced she has written: “I knew the Principle of all harmonious Mind-action to be God, and that cures were produced in primitive Christian healing by holy, uplifting faith; but I must know the Science of this healing, and I won my way to absolute conclusions through divine revelation, reason, and demonstration.” (S&H 109:16-22). What she discovered is a divine Science that can be learned and practiced by anyone willing to approach its study with an open mind.
